INN AT HASTINGS PARK X WHISPERING ANGEL
To open the summer 2021 season of the Inn at Hasting Park’s Culinary Garden featuring Whispering Angel, Wave conceptualized and produced two curated dinner events – one specifically for influencers and one for media – in tandem with the Summer Solstice. Influencers and media were greeted with a glass of rosé and passed her d’oeuvres before being seated for a tasting menu, complete with pairings from Whispering Angel. With each course, Trisha Pérez Kennealy (Inn at Hastings Park Owner & Culinary Educator) shared insight on the Inn’s seasonal and local farm-sourced menu. Paul Chevalier (Chăteau d’Esclans VP) provided a unique opportunity for attendees by educating guests on the variety of rosés Chăteau d’Esclans offers and how each was perfectly chosen to pair with the different courses.
Wave created two dinner events to maximize the amount of influencer coverage produced as well as to allow the media the opportunity to have more of a one-on-one conversation with Trisha Pérez Kennealy and Paul Chevalier about their respective brands. Wave also worked with Whispering Angel’s marketing consultant and PR agency of record to ensure all parties were aware of run-of-show and attending guests.
